Mini Grand Prix

Shell was once again the major sponsor of the Junior Achievement Mini Grand Prix. This year's event was
held in Concord, New Hampshire, where over twenty teams competed. The Shell team included some of your very own Team Boston Sales Consultants...Heidi Massey and Greg Woolf. Way to go, Team Shell!

· Extra points for Baby Changing Stations. The stations can be purchased from Koala Corporation 303-574-9000.
· A "Customer Service Skills" training quiz will be conducted with each retail facility beginning in September. Your retail      facility will be evaluated based on responses of the associate at your location who answers the phone at the time of the      quiz. Ask your Sales Consultant for the correct answers.
· Shell and Texaco customers using the Speakback portion of the Winning Combination have a chance to call in with            inquiries and complaints. Rudeness and poor service nation wide are at the top of the list. All the more reason to              participate in Celebrity Service.
